Roe Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roe's website, mobile applications, AI-generated learning tools, audio features, study plans, quizzes, reviews, account features, and related services (collectively, the "Roe Platform").

By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing a subscription, or using the Roe Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Roe.

You must be old enough to use online services in your location without parental consent, or you must have appropriate consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for making sure your use of Roe is permitted where you live.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account, device, and sign-in methods.

Roe may require you to sign in with Google, Apple, or another supported authentication provider. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account secure.

You may not create accounts, use devices, or manipulate sign-in methods to bypass limits, abuse referral or promotional programs, evade enforcement, or gain unauthorized access to Roe.

Roe helps transform topics, prompts, uploaded materials, and learning preferences into study plans, lessons, audio scripts, quizzes, reviews, summaries, and other learning outputs.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Roe is a learning aid, not a replacement for professional, academic, legal, financial, medical, safety, or other expert advice.

You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them, especially for exams, professional work, certifications, regulated subjects, or high-stakes decisions.

You keep ownership of materials, prompts, files, text, notes, and other content you submit to Roe. You grant Roe a limited license to host, process, store, analyze, transform, display, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Roe Platform.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or submit content to Roe. Do not upload content that violates law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, school or workplace rules, or agreements that apply to you.

You may not misuse Roe, interfere with the Roe Platform, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape at scale, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, overload systems, or use Roe to harm others.

You may not use Roe to generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or unsafe content. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe your use creates risk for Roe, other users, or the public.

Roe may offer a free plan with access to core learning features. Free plan limits may include monthly path creation limits, upload limits, generation limits, audio limits, rate limits, or abuse-prevention controls.

Free limits may change over time. We may also offer promotional credits, referral credits, trials, or experiments, which may have their own eligibility rules and abuse-prevention limits.

Roe Pro is an individual paid subscription. Current listed prices are $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year, unless a different price, currency, promotion, tax, or store-specific term is shown at purchase.

Roe Pro may include paid features such as studio-quality audio voices, voice selection, higher usage headroom, early access features, or other premium functionality described in the app or on the website.

Subscription features may evolve as Roe changes. We will not materially reduce paid access during a paid billing period without a reasonable product, operational, legal, security, or platform reason.

A Family plan is not available at this time. Any references to future family access are informational only unless and until Roe makes a Family plan available for purchase.

If Roe introduces a Family plan later, additional terms may apply, including account membership, seats, permissions, billing owner responsibilities, and privacy settings between members.

Subscriptions are typically purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Your purchase is also governed by the terms, billing rules, cancellation tools, refund policies, taxes, and payment methods of the store or provider you use.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the store or payment provider's rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings where applicable.

Cancelling stops future renewal but does not necessarily create a refund or immediately remove access for the current paid period. Refund requests are generally handled by the store or payment provider that processed the purchase.

We may change plan features, limits, prices, trials, promotions, or availability from time to time. If a change affects an active paid subscription, we will handle it as required by the applicable store, payment provider, and law.

Prices shown on the website may not include taxes and may differ by country, platform, currency, promotion, or store presentation.

Roe, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and service content, is owned by Roe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Roe's technology, brand, or platform. You may use Roe only as permitted by these Terms and the app or website functionality.

Roe's Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. Please read it together with these Terms.

You may request account deletion through Roe's available account deletion flow. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse Roe, or if we discontinue all or part of the Roe Platform.

Roe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Roe will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roe disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Roe.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Roe's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Roe for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or $50 if you did not pay Roe during that period.

We may update these Terms as Roe changes or as legal, operational, security, or product needs evolve. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

Your continued use of Roe after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using Roe and may request account deletion.
